Extremely comfy bed in guest room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set: )

I asked for guest room and it was incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect with a balcony.

Good small and pleasant hotel with magnificent location and views of garden. Huge queen room, very comfy beds. Comfortable place for exploring Athens.

Mind-blowing staff! Super welcoming, explained everything about the city and neighborhood. Amazing restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was jaw-dropping! Lots of choices and plenty of food. It is a good and really clean hotel in a quiet area with many trees. The stuff was kind and keen to help you. I recommend it, as a great money for value choice.

The help from the staff, the owner drove with me following to my appointment as the destination was diffucult to find and the gps could not locate it.

Airy and neat room plus a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Hot and excellent breakfast with several options, excellent service. Location - particularly good and unbeatable, near to local restaurants, shops, bus/tram station and green area, and the beaches alonge the coast. Free parking nearby provided.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. It is also conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to get to the port on time, and the airport bus is only a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well cleaned and prepared every day, with a nice view of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center from some rooms. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, speaking both English and French. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of ingredients to choose from.

Some guests inconsiderately made a lot of noise during the late hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Excellent value. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to be near the Faliro marinas, so location for us was excellent. Not convenient for access to city centre, though (obvious, since it's located in Kallithea). We were allowed to take our folding bikes in the room, which was a great convenience.

Had a fabulous stay overall, the room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and absolutely perfect with bath and nice view plus an air-conditioner. I thoroughly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. The service was excellent, the food was fresh.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with helpful tips and information about the city, including the best places to eat, shop, and visit. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was really good and there was plenty of variety. The daily room cleaning was also a plus, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We felt like we were at home during our stay, thanks to the friendliness of the staff. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the port and not too far from the city center. Getting a taxi or taking the bus was easy, allowing us to explore the city easily.

The bathroom in our room could have been bigger, as it felt a bit cramped at times. Another downside was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, despite the information suggesting that they would be available.

The breakfast was nice hot with a great selection of food and warm drinks. The staff was especially helpful and very amiable at all times.

Good and absolutely perfect location, clean venue, affable staff. Nice hot and sensational breakfast with several options, hot drinks. Excellent service during my very nice stay. Not to mention free parking nearby.
